Not Eating Enough Fruits and Veggies?

The Anatomy of a Truly Fresh Strawberry

Is Your Diet S.A.D.?

Does your diet consist of the "Standard American Diet" which includes:

  • High in animal fats
  • High in unhealthy fats (saturated, hydrogenated)
  • Low in fiber
  • High in processed foods
  • Low in complex carbohydrates
  • Low in plant-based foods

 
If so, you can expect to spend a great deal of time and money on doctor visits and prescription drugs as well as a life filled with pain.  When people of other nationalities move to the United States and adopt our diet, they experience the same health problems that typical Americans do.  Change the S.A.D by improving the diet of yourself and your family!  Find useful information to make corrections in your diet.
